Clinical eNotes, LLC is a privately held enterprise based in Northern Virginia, founded by Hospice and Palliative Care clinicians in 2004.

Since inception, the company has dedicated its efforts to developing an electronic medical record for the hospice and palliative care industry that has medical care and a patient focus as the central core, with all administrative functions providing support.

Clinical eNotes was designed specifically for hospices and palliative care practices that wish to see the rewards of an electronic medical record without the major drawback of significant startup costs or workflow disruption.  

Created with clinical functionality as the primary focus, the system primarily offers a streamlined patient encounter documentation application at the point-of-care along with an accurate and seamless charge capture tool.   

Additional tools, such as an intuitive registration function have been especially designed with the nurse, social worker, administrator, and chaplain in mind.
