A philosophy of meeting the needs of Hospice and Palliative Care Professionals

Clinical eNotes knows that for an electronic medical record to be effective, it must be designed to meet the work flow of the clinicians, instead of the clinicians adapting their work processes to fit the system. 

Whenever possible, Clinical eNotes should meet the specialized patient-care and administration needs of hospice and palliative care professionals in terms of both access and usability.  This includes entering clinical data at the point of care wherever that may be (e.g. a private home, a nursing home, assisted living facility or an acute care facility).
