A vision of enhanced workflow through greater access and customization

Hospice and Palliative Medicine both require an interdisciplinary team approach to provide patients with the best care.  

It is our vision that the electronic medical record must be used by all involved disciplines so that information is easily shared and available when most needed (i.e. when seeing the patient). 

Clinical eNotes is designed to show the patient's most recent information so when information is updated during a patient visit the medical record reflects that so all users will be aware of the information.
