Clinical eNotes respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our web site. You can visit most pages on our site without us collecting any private information about you. We will sometimes need to collect private information but will only collect enough information to provide you the best experience, answer questions and follow up on your requests. Personal Information: Collection and Protection
Clinical eNotes will ask you for personal information only when it is necessary such as when processing a request for information or support, signing up for an event, or making an e-mail request. Personal information collected for those purposes will be the minimum necessary and may include, but not be limited to, the following: name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address and language. When purchasing a service or product on-line from Clinical eNotes more detailed personal information will need to be collected for billing and/or shipping such as a credit card number. When we ask for such information we use secure server software to collect the personal information which encrypts the information before it is sent to us. Personal information about an individual is only collected when the individual voluntarily supplies it.
Clinical eNotes also routinely collects information about your hardware and software to help us diagnose problems with our server, improve your experience on our web site and to gather statistics on the use of our web site. Such information may include, but not be limited to, the following: date and time of access, IP address, type of web browser, operating system, referring Web site address, files requested and pages visited. None of this information will be used to personally identify an individual.
We will use the information collected only to deliver services and products requested, to help improve our web site, to alert you to product updates or new services (if requested) and to provide access to limited-areas on our site.
